As the overseer of the financial department, I needed everything to come through my office. Everything was paper. Physical credit cards, checks, sometimes incorrect card numbers given over the phone – it was horribly inefficient. Momentus Technologies took nearly all of the manual processes away and filtered all of our billing information into one system. By simplifying the way we invoice clients, Momentus helped us improve our billing speed by well over 60% across the board. I think it was the smartest move we made here. About 75 to 80% of our payments for deposits and invoices come through MoPay. Our record using MoPay right now is seven minutes from the moment the sales and service person sent out the email to the moment we got paid. It was a $90,000 deposit.

So in our fifth year we're we're using a lot as you might expect this this far in and we're still really happy. We use all of the features that you just described bookings, avails, contracting. We use it for project debriefs, event orders. And we, we actually also draw down on information in the software to create like external user field documents. So event information forms to be filled and returned that are kind of started with the information that we enter in at time of of contracting. And that's been a really great tool. Our technical team have started running artist run sheets, pulling them out of essentially in a modified event order. So almost every feature, every time we we see a new release of new functionality, we get really excited.

With being an NBA building, we're also focusing on trying to get everyone in the building and make everyone happy. So you know how NBA schedules and a lot of arenas can relate, don't come out until mid August. So our calendar is pretty much filled with holds throughout that time and until we get that calendar, we're unable to kind of go in and book everything. So it's, it's really important that Momentous is able to help us to keep track of that. It's a huge tool for us in the those holding those dates, releasing those dates, and then being able to figure out how we can fit our concerts and other events in those polls once the schedule comes out.
